Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This is a translation of the Spanish text. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.

1. Who we are

The website https://3dfootwearacademy.com (the "Platform") is operated by Susanna Zampieri, sole trader (autónoma) (the "Seller", "we"), NIF Y9942087Y, domiciled at Calle Albareda 37, 35008 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Contact: info@susannazampieri.com.

These Terms govern the sale of online courses through the Platform. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Definitions

  • Customer / Student: anyone who buys or uses a course.
  • Consumer: an individual who buys for purposes outside their trade or profession.
  • Course: digital content sold on the Platform.
  • Plan: Base, Pro or Premium.

3. What we sell

3.1. We sell online courses delivered as digital content: HD video lessons with Italian, English and Spanish subtitles, downloadable support materials and exercises. Each Student has a personal account on the Platform.

3.2. The main course is "Diventa 3D Footwear Designer", taught by Susanna Zampieri, with about 14 modules and over 200 lessons.

3.3. The available plans are Base (€299), Pro (€449) and Premium (€699). The content of each plan is described on the sales page. Some plans include:

  • a 3-month official Icad Universe software licence, supplied by the software producer/distributor. This is a third party: the licence is governed by its own terms, which you will accept separately. We are not responsible for how the software works or whether it is available;
  • a certificate of completion.

3.4. Free mini-course. A free mini-course of 5 introductory lessons is available without purchase. The usage and intellectual property rules of these Terms apply to it.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include the indirect taxes applicable to the Seller (the Seller is established in the Canary Islands, where IGIC applies instead of VAT). Any tax due under the rules of the customer's country is indicated at checkout before payment.

4.2. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout when you buy is the one that applies.

4.3. Payment is processed by Stripe, by card and the other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4.4. After payment you will receive a confirmation email. Access to the course is activated on your account.

5. Access to the course ("lifetime access")

5.1. Payment gives you access to the purchased course for as long as the Platform is operated by the Seller ("lifetime access").

5.2. If we decide to discontinue the service, we will notify you in advance and give you reasonable time to complete the course.

5.3. We may update and improve the content over time (adding, replacing or reorganising lessons).

6. Account

6.1. The account is personal and non-transferable and may be used by one person only. 6.2. You must keep your credentials confidential. Simultaneous use of the same account by several people is forbidden. 6.3. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately at info@susannazampieri.com.

7. Permitted use and intellectual property

7.1. Permitted use is personal, non-commercial, for study purposes.

7.2. All content (videos, texts, materials, exercises, graphics, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws (including the Spanish Ley de Propiedad Intelectual and international copyright treaties). It remains the property of the Seller or the respective owners.

7.3. It is forbidden to:

  • download the lessons (except materials the Platform expressly offers as downloads);
  • record the screen;
  • copy, share, resell, publish or distribute the lessons or any part of them;
  • use software, scripts or tools to download the content or circumvent the technical protections.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1. General rule. If you are a Consumer, you have by law 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason (art. 102 TRLGDCU, Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

8.2. Digital content: when the right is lost. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (art. 103(m) TRLGDCU; art. 16(m) EU Directive 2011/83/EU) if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

8.3. What this means in practice. At checkout we ask you to: (a) expressly consent to immediate access to the course; and (b) confirm that you understand that, as soon as you start accessing or streaming the lessons, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal. If you give this consent, access starts immediately and the statutory right of withdrawal ends when access or streaming begins. Without this consent we cannot activate the course immediately.

8.4. This does not affect the commercial guarantee in section 9, which is an extra voluntary offer. It also does not affect your other statutory rights (for example, for non-conforming content).

9. "Money-back" commercial guarantee (voluntary guarantee)

9.1. In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer this guarantee. It is separate from the withdrawal right in section 8 and does not replace it.

9.2. Full refund of the amount paid if both conditions are met: (a) the request is made within 14 days of purchase; and (b) you have opened less than 20% of the course's paid lessons.

9.3. How the 20% is calculated. The number of distinct paid lessons opened by your account divided by the total number of paid lessons in the course, as recorded by the Platform. Free preview lessons do not count.

9.4. How to request it. Email info@susannazampieri.com from the email address linked to your account.

9.5. Refund. If the request is accepted, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days of acceptance. Upon refund, access to the course is revoked.

9.6. The guarantee applies once per customer per course and does not apply in case of breach of the usage rules (sections 7 and 10).

10. Usage rules and breaches

If you breach these Terms (in particular sections 6 and 7), we may suspend or close your account without refund, without prejudice to any legal action and to damages.

11. Technical protection measures and access log

11.1. The Platform uses technical measures against unauthorised download and sharing.

11.2. For each account we record the lessons opened, date and time, IP address and browser. We do this to prevent abuse, for security, and to verify the guarantee (section 9).

11.3. In case of abnormal use, automatic temporary limits may apply.

11.4. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.iubenda.com/privacy-policy/68764064) and kept for up to 12 months.

12. Availability and results

12.1. The Platform is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but we cannot rule out interruptions (maintenance, technical issues, third-party providers).

12.2. The course is educational. We do not guarantee any specific professional results or job placement.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by consumer protection law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms. New versions are published on the website with the update date and apply to purchases made after publication. Purchases already made remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

15. Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints

15.1. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer protection is governed by the TRLGDCU (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).

15.2. If you are a Consumer resident in another country, the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence still apply (art. 6 of the Rome I Regulation): choosing Spanish law does not take away the minimum rights your own national law gives you. Disputes with consumers fall under the courts of the consumer's domicile, as provided by law.

15.3. Out-of-court resolution. The European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it. For any complaint you can write to us at info@susannazampieri.com and we will try to find an amicable solution.

15.4. Business customers (with a VAT number). The consumer withdrawal rules and other consumer protections do not apply. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Juzgados y Tribunales of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain).
